Now that everybody is being honest, I caught my first fish on the old and trusty zebco. If I recall it correctly it was a blue gill that I caught on a worm and a bobber. Memmories are good and so are the old reels we learned on. May God bless us all and the memmories always remain. Ridered39

While I have some difficulty getting my Powder Puff working in the morning, she is more forgiving as the day goes. A good dunk in the lake shuts her down completly for several days but the quite is good. Will continue using my Bass Pro real tree combo in the mean time as it is easy going and a slight lube of Natural Light is all that is needed to work without any hitch. Keep catching and releasing. Hi all, I was wondering what you thought of the Zebco 202 reel and rod combo. I caught my limit on it this morning and it worked without a flaw. I know there are a lot more expensive rod and reel combos out there but for a beginner that may not know if they will ever fish again what do you think? Ridered39 Just kidding, I use a shimano and browning combo in the ultra light series.

Middle Tn is pretty but there is no place like home. My job took me to TN in 1994. Didn't catch any fish yesterday with the water running and trash in the water. Maybe today will be better. Ridered39

Hi all, I am staying at Lillies Landing this week. Have been catching some fish and having a great time. I am from Columbia Tn but I grew up south of here in Omaha Arkansas and have fished Tanycomo for years. While I am in no way a guru of trout fishing I love it just the same. Feels good to be home!!!
