Take Little Worm on J Hook fish on the Bottom. Take scale them, fillet them, score them cutting across the Bones. Coat them with Corn Meal, Salt and Pepper making sure get mix in between each cut. Deep fry hot. My Son went with me Sucker fishing. I fixed them. Now Suckers are all he wants to fish for. They have to be the BEST Eating fish there is. oneshot

Was on the river fishing. Couple was down there. Told them I would sure like to be catching the best eating fish in the river, the Redhorse Sucker. The old man says only a true Local Hillbilly would say that. oneshot

Well water got half way up on the windows of the Gauge House. Propane Tank floated and pulled lose at the New Cabins. There was a Dumpster setting on a Picnic Table down there. The Lower Camp Area flooded, Water got half way up that Block wall up the Hill. Picnic Tables scattered. Hatchery all the Tanks have muddy water but still some fish in them. Water got up on 64HWY Bridge. That is all I can think of, going to take awhile to clean up. oneshot

Went to Lindley Creek the other day and it was just out of its banks. Niangua is higher than I have ever seen it so Lake of Ozarks is going to be coming up. Its all be holding high. oneshot

Just heard water is over the Hatchery and almost to the Store. I guess they went got the fish out of the Hatchery yesterday. oneshot

I thought so. But I went by his place 10AM Water was already back in its banks. The River is now higher than I have seen it in 23 years but the spring in the Park so far is a couple feet lower than I have seen it. The New Cabins at the Park are flooded. Just heard on the News 8 people have drowned in Missouri so far trying to drive across high water. oneshot

No one yet for her but they had to rescue the people out of the House on 64HWY along the creek before you get to town last night. oneshot

Well Guy last night woke up to 3 foot of water in his house. Water is still coming up and expecting a lot more rain. Most of it is people trying to drive across Low Water Crossings. oneshot

River is up higher than we have seen it on the river. My wife is going to have to work all night because of Water Rescues. I just looked at the Web Cam yes it is flooding but I have seen it higher. It will be up there tonight. oneshot

Started on our way to Church got down to the river. We decided we hadn't seen the river out that much before so she stopped called the office. They said for her to come in at 5PM because we are to get more rain. Said they would be doing Water Rescues all night. oneshot

What I would really like is bunch of Redhorse but my Son don't want to try Gigging out of my Boat so probably have to wait until Spring to catch them on Rod and Reel. Get our Cabin finished I'll spend more time at Warsaw. oneshot

Worm, I was wanting Goggle Eye but was catching mostly Chubs. Caught 3 other Bass turned them back. oneshot

Well Friday went down couldn't catch any Rainbows. Caught 15inch Smallmouth and Goggle Eye. Ate just fine. oneshot

Trout seemed to be slow but Small Mouth were biting on Spinners. One woman had couple Good size ones on her stringer. oneshot

Ok I do understand the attraction of Fly Fishing in the mountains. I lived on the Arkansas River in the mountains of Colorado. Now live on the Niangua River. Me and my wife was just talking about this. We now have a nice house but it would be so much better up by Warsaw on Truman Lake where I enjoy Catfishing. Everyone has their own choice about where they are happy. oneshot

Use to remember swimming after hauling Hay a place I believe was on the Sac River called Big Rock. Wonder if anyone else remembers the place? oneshot
