  6. My Son has been staying down there, visited him couple months ago. Was so excited what I seen, told my wife even if my Son wasn't there I think I would think serious about pulling the Boat down there and getting a room for a couple days. Just wondering does anyone Catfish there? oneshot
  7. Yes Riverfront hole is still there but now you can fish right where the spring comes into the river. Yes I know I was surprised when I seen Guys fishing there during Catch and Release. Talked with Guys at the Hatchery and they said it had been legal last couple years. Use to be Park to middle of the river. Have fished by Ft.Niangua. oneshot
  8. Ok I have fished above the Park and caught Goggle Eye, have fished at the Park caught Redhorse Suckers, just below the Park caught Goggle Eye, fished well down the river caught Redhorse Suckers, Crappie, Bass and Catfish. Usually I go by the Park and Barclay just fishing for Trout. I'm wanting to set on the Bank by the Park catch a variety of fish. Thinking just bait up with worms should catch Goggle Eye and Redhorse Suckers and yes I know a few Trout. Thoughts? Figure I live next to the river, not having gas money all the time to drive to the Lake might as well enjoy. oneshot
  9. Ok put Battery on the Engine, hit the Key several times and choke solenoid worked perfect. My Son says looks like it isn't broke so don't fix it. Come to find out he help put the Impeller in it last time, says no problem. So this is looking better. oneshot
  10. Makes sense because it wasn't working then it was now it isn't. I'm going to look at it closer. oneshot
  11. The Thermostat closed up on the Water, got taken out and throwed away. So I'm sure it needs one Choke Solenoid, I figure needs replacing since I have been having to push it in to start. oneshot
  12. LSK is open but they are wanting around $500 to put Choke Solenoid and Plunger in, Thermostat and Impellor in. Said two hours on Impellor. oneshot
  13. Where is best place to order parts for Nissan outboard? And how hard is it to replace the Impellor? oneshot

  17. What gets me he has been under bided by Larry's Son of Larry's Cedar Resort before but still got the bid. So why even go through the bidding processes? oneshot
  18. We like going to Osceola, put in for Spoonbilling. My Brother in Law likes Rosco. I hate Rosco. Did put in at Taberville one time and liked it. Remember Spoonbilling below Warsaw before the Lake was built. Like I say I'll be glad when we are finished with the Cabin. Got it where I can have all I have here just can't take care of my animals and Garden. My Son will keep an eye on animals if me and my wife go, if it is just me my wife will take care of the animals. I just need to get use to taking the Boat out by myself. oneshot
  19. Linda not sure when she started. Pretty interesting. I think Vogels sold I no longer see the sign there. I didn't move here until '90 but my Ex family lived in the area, I use to hunt with them back in the '70's. My wifes Ex lives on down the river. oneshot

  24. True and the variety of fish a person can catch. oneshot
  25. Ok my wife is going by what other Camp Ground Owners are telling her. She says DNR has been trying to get them to upgrade for years, that they will no longer recognize the Lagoon. She is saying even with the Lagoon it is not big enough. oneshot
