Ok I will admit I only talked with one of the Employees and she said they was with holding $100 out of her $200 check. Plus they was Collecting Rent on spaces that they weren't to. No money collected was going back into the business for the simple fact they knew this was going to happen.

Just found out more on what happen at Circle J's. The owners knew that this was going to happen over a year ago. They have bought a New place to live but wouldn't disclose where it is. On their Help they was taking 50% of their Pay that was to be going into Taxes and such, it was going into Owners Pockets. The people working there have went to draw Unemployment, they can't because there is no record of them ever working there. oneshot

I just got this from a Guy on another Forum. I got the call from the IRS yesterday around noon yesterday. They said driveway would be chained at 5 pm this evening. The IRS person I talked to was really decent. She told me they were supposed to stop collecting rent in July when the court order came out. However circle j collected july, aug, and sept rent from me. IRS said i would be allowed on the property to winterize my camper, however i could not drive to the trailer or remove the trailer after 5pm this evening. IRS also said the trailer is still mine. I can move after there is a new owner of the campground or i can possibly rent the space from the new owner. Hopefully the sale goes well in November and it is a quick transaction. oneshot

Me and my wife was talking that over. Don't think Burn's will do that. Did talk over State Park possibly getting the Restaurant but like I told her why would they want it. From what I'm told the IRS didn't have to give any notice because of them being Federal but your right they should give more notice. oneshot

Ok New Info. The IRS notified the guy running the place 45 days ago to inform everyone to get their stuff out. He didn't. This is the reason they are giving everyone such short notice. They are giving them until 5PM Today 9/30 to have everything out. They can come back and sue him for loses but won't do any good he won't have anything. It is Bad up there right now many are very upset and rightfully so, from what I understand there has been several fights. I have understood the Guy is looking at many other charges not saying until all the details come out. So far they are saying they will auction everything Nov.14, 2014. This is one of the Biggest things I've seen around here in years. oneshot

Ok just reporting what I'm hearing. They are suppose to have their own Trailer in there. From what I heard they are going to set on it and watch it until next Spring and Auction everything off. Seen one older couple, had all the stuff out of their House Trailer, loading it up on a Flat Bed Trailer. I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. Well I just went by there, several packing up, Sheriff there, Trailer Trucks headed that way, several Vehicles at the store. II don't know what happen, seems the Kids took it over. Their Mom was to be paying the Taxes, evidently she hadn't for years. oneshot
