Not Pomme de Terre but we have a Lot 90'X100' at Truman Lake.Has Electric and Phone 10'X 20' Cabin,8' X 12' Shed.Its in Fairfeild Woods.$5,000 takes all or $1,500 for the Lot. Selling because we just bought a House and Property by there. oneshot

We have a 90'X100' Lot we are trying to sell by Truman,but cost us $1,500 for Lot.Cost us around $1,000 to put Electric in.We couldn't put Septic in would have to put Holding Tank in with Alarm I believe it was going to cost $3,000,we put an Evirolite Toilet in $1,500.Phone $100.$5,000 on 10'X20' Cabin and $700 on 8'X12' Shed.Just got through putting $400 of Gravel on the drive.It was going to cost $5,ooo to drill Well no Pump but we can get water at Comunity Hydrate. All this and can't get $5,000 for it! Just to give you an idea. oneshot

My Son said Trout were biting on the Niangua.I thought it would still be up too high but decided to try. Drove over below Bennett,it was up and muddy.Thought well I'm here give it a try. Baited up with White Power Bait nothing.Changed to Orange,tap,tap missed.Tried again caught one,took a bit but caught another.Looked down the water was coming up.Took about an hour to catch my Limit.Slow but Biting. oneshot

Well I'm surprised with all the rain we got.From what I understand is the river is going down fairly fast and Outfitters will be putting out Floaters this weekend. oneshot

What always got me is we would be sandbagging the levees on the Missouri have water backing up the Creeks coming in behind us.Didn't make sence and very unnerving. I'm thinking I would rather contend with a controlled Flooding over one in the middle of the night.I know from the Flood of '93 the main problem on some land was the amount of sand which could be several feet thick. oneshot

Yea seems every Big Fish in the Lake follow them Shad and not hard to hook up pitching Spinners in with them.Thing is yea see a Crappie every so often with Teeth marks but how many are caught by Bass and Catfish. It really bothers me on some people enjoy fighting a Fish for several minutes then Net it and kill it just because they don't like it even if its a Buffalo. oneshot

Went through the park this evening after over 2 inches of rain the spring was up only seen one fish on Stringer in Zone 3.Seemed there was plenty of people there. oneshot

Right area but whats going on now is people are parking on the Highway walking on down fishing as far down as across from the ramp.I'm thinking its a matter of seeing someone else doing it and assuming its ok for everyone. oneshot

Yea you know across the river where that Old Barn was,here couple years ago the Dozed that all off put a Put In Place there looked like they was going to put Camping and Float Outfitter in there,now it is just setting I believe I heard they got fined heavy by the DNR for doing this but not sure. Anyway I'm sure its Private Property but people an't treating it as such. oneshot

Across 64 HWY from the Park.The Private Property I'm talking about is across there where they Dozed out a few years ago and I believe got in trouble with the DNR,all they do now is get Hay off it. oneshot
