Heck didn’t have Electric or Running Water until 2000 something. Had a Computer Built in Springfield for $1,500. All kinds of stuff now. Funny got a phone and was on Party Line and like I said 2000 something. Remember taking my Ex there for Christmas Dinner. Grandma had fixed up Coon and Possum. She looked made a face. I said what’s matter you like eating them? Well yes but never had them grinning back at me. Custom was to leave the Heads on. LOL oneshot

My Sister sent me this picture and I sure hope it isn’t what I think it is. I think it is the old School House in Cooper County that I helped as a kid convert it over to a house for our Grandparents. Spent many good times there went through with my first wife and was there with my present. Killed my first Deer close to there. Remember Grandma after Grandpa died, setting there in a empty house refusing to leave. oneshot

We don’t eat that much and we sure don’t waste any food. Use the Lungs for Catfish Bait. I’ve caught some nice Blues on them. We get six meals out of a Turkey. When we worked Turkey Processing we would collect Fries and cook them up at home. oneshot

Oh I hate to bring this up. I helped the MDC stock Turkeys in early’80’s people were killing Thousands of Egg Suckers and Turkeys did good. Since the Fur Market went to pot Turkeys have declined to the point you don’t see them Strutting in the fields and Gobbling all day. Now nothing! oneshot

Lots of guys just eat the Breast but we eat every bit. Turkey was the only thing I hunted for fun. oneshot

That was came up many years ago and hunters decided it was just too dang dangerous. So what changed? Me I go by the fact I don’t see any Strutting in the Fields anymore and very few tracks. I was doing a Gobble count for the MDC, it got to where it was a joke never hearing a one in an area on a ridge use to hear hundreds. I’ve killed many over the years but not worth the time anymore. oneshot

Hey most are good I did more damage than most. I pulled my Shoulder around most it could with out breaking bones but distroyed muscle. oneshot

Thought I would show my Shoulder, my Leg they wanted to Amputate. My other Leg has Nerve Damage in the Thigh just have no feeling and the skin is dry. Got Arthritis in both Hands. Got Degenerative Bone Disease in upper and lower Spine, I have to turn my body around to see to the side. Need Hearing Aides in both Ears. I tend to get lost and forget things. I have Barrettes Esophagus and Prostate Cancer.

I was reading an article about Spring Turkey hunting and what I got out of it was basically leave your calls at home. Said most Toms learn fast to not Gobble. So know which way they are going and shoot them coming through. oneshot

I have bad circulation in one Leg. They wanted to amputate it. I have Blood Clots in it often that is why I’m on Blood Thinners. Got Nerve Damage in the other Leg. My Doctor says I’m not to be able to walk. Now one Arm messed up and no teeth. Oh I can’t hardly hear. Still kind of kicking. oneshot

Yea right now some think I have Coronavirus but have Allergies and it will be worse when Oaks Bloom. Doing what I do every year. oneshot

I know four people that had all the symptoms of Coronavirus in early January. They went to the Doctor who couldn’t find the problem. They stayed home until they were over it. oneshot

Because I’m on Blood Thinners I scare the crap out of my Doctor. I fell fishing, knocked myself out. This was well before I messed my Shoulder up. Oh it is fun getting dressed. Driving. Lifting Firewood. And getting up if I fall. Ah even simple stuff like cutting up meat. I had a Steak go flying and I really wanted it. Mowed Grass and Sharpened Chainsaw. Reconsidering cutting wood today it is already warm. Thinking of getting all the Vehicles in before Hail tonight. Some how my side of the Garage became storage. oneshot
