Way too much information!!!! I'll be down when it cools off a little.

Looks like the stream is pretty much back to normal. I want to go fishing but it is Sooooo HOT. 98 right now in KC. Guess Ill have to wait to take the camper down until the weather cools off.

With school out the weekend is not the best time to go for sure. It's not a secluded Colorado stream but then it's only 3 hours from home!

You'll like it. Took my new 1i foot Hybrid down this weekend. Didn't fish much but did do well Sunday evening after the people left. It was a busy weekend!

Sounds like you guys had a good time. I picked up a new trailer that week end and had my Granddaughter over spring break the next week. I plan on taking the new Trailer down sometime in April. I got a Hybid -KZ E18RBT and then decided I needed a truck so bought a used GMC 1500 5.3 ltr. I'm still sorting out the trailer and truck but hope to take the wife and pooch down soon. We are really looking forward to the new rig! That's what I get for taking my wife to the RV show!

NoLuck, Let me know when you get back and head down. Might just meet ya down there. I just read on the Weavers report that there will be a LOT of 12 inch fish this year because of the flooding.

oops! Guess i didn't make it to c and r this year! Bummer. It sounded like the fishing was good. Too much playing with the new puppy and building airplanes.

I'm tying up some Midges I lost right now. Ready to back and try out the new boots again.

It was a great time. Good friends and the fishing started slow but was great the last 3 days for me. I'm ready to go back!!! I fished Wed. morning until 10:30 in the long hole and did real well. Got back to Kansas city around 3 pm. I love the new Chota boots I bought! Way more comfortable that the Simms pinching my toes. I lost a lot of Midges so I guess i have something to tie now. Thank you, Upstream, for introducing me to Gooey Butter Cake!!! I'm addicted!! Thank for the hospitality and I'm looking forward to meeting you guys down there again. I plan on heading down again in October for a few days if it works out. Here are a couple of pics I took.

Just wondered. I have fished with him a couple of times at the island and we chatted quite a bit. He use to post pretty often. .
