Spinning rod (dropshot, shaky head) 6lb BPS mono (green). You can get about 10 miles of it for cheap, and I've yet to have a problem with it in any way. Take care of it, use the KVD stuff, and change it out occasionally.
Topwater: 14- 17 green BPS mono.
Flipping/pitching: I fish Truman/LOZ often. Used to use 17-20lb P Line. Had trouble finding a fluorocarbon I could get used to. Spooled up this summer with 20lb Sufix castable invisiline. Absolutely love it. Strong, not too stiff. Good stuff.
FB jig: usually on TRock I use 12 fluorocarbon (whatever name brand on sale). Next year I will definitely be trying the Sufix fluorocarbon in 12lb.
Wart: 10lb fluorocarbon.
Spinnerbait, squarebill, buzzbait: 14-20 green BPS mono. (Again, cheap and hasn't given me a problem).
This year, I'll be trying the Sufix fluorocarbon for everything except the topwater stuff. May even give it a whirl on the sissy wand. It comes in 5 & 7lb.
