I had some fellas the other night take my Mt. Dew out of my cooler, which was in my truck. They left the cold weather gear and extra rod alone. I dont know weather to lock the truck and risk broken window, or risk loosing my Mt. Dew ????????

I hit Swan last Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wed. and did not catch a thing. You can see them in there but I couldn't catch them and did not see anyone catching very much. People tell me to use clousers in chartuese and white or grey and white.

Where is this Blunk Hole? I was up by Galena today and saw no signs of whites up there. Is that too far up for the whites? Is Blunk further down by Cape Fair? Went over to Swan Creek today and they are stacked under Shadow Rock, but nobody catching. You can see them lined up in there.

I was sitting on a rock in the river at 4:00 A.M. They told me to head for the latrine for safety. I opted for the rock rather than the toilet.

Fished in zone 1 with jigs. Started kind of slow, but pick a few up here and there. Ended up catching a 3 1/2 pounder. My first lunker ever at a trout park. Weighed it in at 11:30 and there were only 5 other lunkers weighed in. Water was kind of murky and the crowd was not as bad as I thought it would be. Made a short appearance on the Springfield KY3 news. They gave away my honey hole

I left work early yesterday to try a little fishing at the dam at Taney. Water was way up and it was crowded, so I decided to do a little exploring. Headed to powersite. I got there just before dark and fished the North side along the conrete wall with a crank bait. Saw the rock pile everyone has been talking about. That place is very beautiful after dark with water flowing over the dam. Ended up catching one small bass. Not real sure on how to fish that place from the bank. Is there any public access to the south side? Any suggestions for fishing from the bank would be great.
