Wow, I've spent many an hour fishing from your dock and we were always trying to see how far we could cast. And all this time all those fish were right under my feet! Great camera by the way!

Phil, are those trout contained somehow or just free swimming? Sorry if it's already been stated somewhere else.

I remember a few years back we were sitting in our boat across from Lilleys (no water running) with 2 lines out with power bait. We were about 10 yards from the far bank. Two guys were trolling along flyfishing and went between us and the bank promptly getting my line wound up in their trolling motor. They looked at us and seemed shocked, I don't even think they knew we were there! He spent about 5 minutes getting my line out and was very apologetic. Although I was very irritated at first, I just laughed it off. Remember, happiness is a choice and almost all frustration is just a form of self-pity.

We're coming down Friday evening to fish for 3 days. I've fished Taney many times, but this is the first time in February. My luck, it looks like a major cold front will be hitting today-tomorrow. My question, what affect will it have and how should it change our approach? We were hoping to do some fly-fishing in the trophy area and also catch a few to eat on power bait further down, so I'd be interested in you alls opinion of the affect of the front in both areas. I also got a couple Rapalas, thought I might cast for some browns. Thanks in advance!
