  1. If I knew how to set a hook I'd have done much better. It's always fun though.
  2. That was fun. You just can't beat night fishing at Taney.
  3. I enjoyed it. It was a beautiful day.
  4. Purple PMS, eh? I don't seem to have one of those.............................hint, hint.
  5. Very, very nice.
  6. Great video. That's a nice looking creek. Gonna have to fish that one.
  7. I'll add a few pics I took.
  8. I'm the guy in the pic with the Green Bay hoodie on (second from right). Had a great time and enjoyed meeting all you nice folks. The chow was great and the fishing too. I guess I got in about 3 hours of fishing before the rain and cold made me quit. I caught 2 bows on a Griffith's gnat and 6 more on a crackleback. No big ones but they were all fun to catch. Thanks for inviting me Dano.
  9. USN '74 to '80 and again from '82 to '84

  12. I'll be there.
  13. Cool. Nice shot.
  14. Got this one's pic at Branson Landing. I've seen plenty lately up by the dam.
  15. Glad you caught some, Poke 'Em. Was nice talking to you.
  16. I have an AR permit and I carry every where I go. My wife is disabled and if we are confronted by bad guys we cannot run. Our only option is to stand and fight. That's why I carry.
  17. There are parking lots near the hatchery that are open 24 hrs. The road to them is marked "Lake Access". You can get your license online here: Online Permits You'll need license and trout stamp.
  18. Nice. I'm gonna sling your hibernator tonight and see what I can drag up. I think I may also have to try something orange after reading that.
  19. Beautiful. Nice fish.
  20. I'm not the most experienced guy here, but I'll tell you what's worked for me. If the gens are off during the day = cracklebacks or griffith's gnats ( I just got some wooly worms I'm dying to try) If gens are running during the day = wooly buggers, cracklebacks, scuds and hoppers If gens off at night = large streamers (dark color) If gens on at night = I just stay at home I use a 5 wt or 7 wt days and a 7 wt at night. Good luck. Hope you catch a bunch.
  21. LOL!!! Anything else?
  22. How did you do, Leonard?
  23. That's a great night's fishing. I wish I had gotten there earlier. I hooked up with Leonard at about 4 am. I got 8 bows before they blew the horn at 6. I missed out again.
  24. Thanks for the report. I've caught some nice ones on the pink scud too. It's a good one.
