Funny you should mention rods - Around 8:00am I snagged on something, kept the line tight, and pulled up 4 rods / reels that were tangled together.

Need some help, please y'all. My son asked me to paint a few lipless crank baits for he and his buddies to throw from the shore at Twin Bridges once the Whites start running. I got out the air brush and started. Are these colors going to work? Suddenly I'm thinking I should have just made half of them white and the other half silver?

Generation has been very light, which means the fog is about nonexistent. Parking has been crazy. The folks that own the field had an announcement made last weekend that of folks keep parking in the field and not putting the parking money in the mailbox that they'll stop allowing folks to park. Totally understand that thought

Every time I go to the front of the Beaver Lake forum, I do a double take, then remind myself that this is a family-friendly forum, then read the posts... We should change the name of this thread :-)

Kind of a personal best. Last year, during day one of the Oakley Big Bass deal, I caught 40 fish in the first two hours. 36 of them were over 15 inches. Nothing huge, but that's the best two hours I have had on the water that didn't include a family member. I know y'all ate used to that a lot when fishing Table Rock, but I don't get to fish it much :-)

65lb braid if throwing shallow enough that I can get it back 8' or less) and there are lots of "A-rig Attractors" (timber, docks, etc) in the area. Deeper depths or barren banks will see my smaller setup which is 20 mono. This is when on Beaver. That's my home lake. I just like visiting with Table Rock brethren so I am here a lot too lol!!
