Right around $1100 plus actual shipping cost...everything Ofab makes is made when ordered and shipped factory direct from their plant in Ocala, FL. A little pricey but not crazy. We have meetings scheduled with Bass Pro and Cabela's the next few weeks so it will be interesting to see how they like the table. You can check out our online gallery to see other products we make http://ofab.net/themetablegallery.html

Just wanted to show off this new Mossy Oak Camo Picnic Table that one of the companies I represent just started making. They are super slick looking and made right here in the USA using high quality aluminum with stainless steel hardware. Pretty high end but built to last a lifetime. If anyone is interested please feel free to contact me at tnunn.ofab@gmail.com

2010 Kvd Big Bass Classic - Table Rock Lake - June 5-6Th

These type of events are much easier if you have a radio station sponsor and report the weights over the air every 15 minutes or so. If I am sitting at Shell Knobb with a 4lb fish it would be nice to know if I need to run to weigh in or not. I fished the Sealy tournaments with 10,000 anglers and one weigh-in...they were a major cluster but they gave updates via the radio so you knew whether or not you needed to take a chance with your fish. Even the AIA's Big Bass Splash had radio updates...but they also had 3 different sites and were well ran. I would like to fish this event but I am still undecided because of the format -
Fished the dam area Monday from 2pm-7pm and caught 18 with 7 solid 2.5-3lb keepers all ripping a jerkbait on shallow wind blown pea gravel...both pockets and stretches. Mostly smallmouth but did catch 2 good 3lb blacks. Not a bad little short trip and much needed after working most of the weekend

Sorry to piggyback on this but didn't want to start a new report thread. I had a great trip Thursday the 15th fishing from around 10am until 10pm in the Baxter area...caught a ton of good fish all day on a variety of baits with most fish coming on a jerkbait and spinnerbait very shallow. I know it sounds like BS but I know I had over 30 keepers and I couldn't tell you how many fish I caught. After dark I just threw a blade and only caught 7 but all 7 were really good ones. The key was getting in the wind blown pockets and moving the bait very fast...after dark I slowed down a bit. Great day though and another great Spring on the Rock.

Hope you don't think I am pulling into your spot :-) but I didn't see the need to start another thread...just wanted to post a short report about fishing TRock yesterday I hit Table Rock for the first time since early June yesterday and had some success in my short 6 hour trip. With the lake coming up recently I assumed there would be some shallow fish and I wasn't disappointed. Fished from Baxter up to Campbell Point finding most of my fish in less than 5 feet of water around the newly flooded bushes or in the backs of pockets. Caught just about everything on an my spinnerbaits or an RC 2.5 crank. Probably had around 25 with 8 good keepers including a black pushing 4lbs that I caught in about 8" of water....lost one closer to 5 that threw my crank about halfway back. I never had the boat deeper than 10 feet and that is the way I like it...not a bad day and it was good to see the Rock again.

Agreed... Hell I fish around 80-90 days a year and have licenses for 6 states...not a guide and not a tournament pro...just fish for fun for the most part and am happy in my own shoes.
-
I need to add I think following around ANYONE...not just guides...is BS just like I think it is BS when people cut you off when you are moving up a bank, pull in on you when you are stroking crappie or whites or cut in line at the movie theater after you have spent time inside the movie tape maze. In the end though it is going to happen whether you like it or not. Go fish Lake Fork during the spawn if you really want to get pissed off or fish the Big Bass Spash on Rayburn with 9000 other fisherman thinking the entire lake is their spot.
-
Things that are just going to happen... If you guide someone they will hit the spots you showed them every single time they visit the lake If you guide someone their friends will hit the spots you showed them every single time they visit the lake Your non-boater in a pro am will hit your spots every single time they visits the lake Your non-boater's friends will hit your spots every single time they visit the lake Do good in a tournament and so and so will say they saw you fishing in spot A and B Spot A and B will get hit repeatedly by so and so plus his buddies and buddies buddies Any FLW or BASS pro doing well in a tournament will have 30 locals following them around to mark their spots Those 30 locals have 100 friends who will use the marked spots In the end you have to have a lot of spots...

Does anyone really have any holes these days? I think you could watch one area of the lake and throughout a day watch 15 different boats hit the same offshore hump. Everyone can read a map, mark a way point on a graph or see a boat parked out in the middle of nowhere. It always cracks me up when people think they have some super secret spot on heavily pressured lakes. Regardless it is usually tough to catch another man's fish because it usually comes down to timing, position and presentation. If someone is fishing "your" spot just move on and find another...plenty of fish in our lakes.

If you want me to ship it the cost is $70. Just PM or Reply and we can work out a time/place to do the exchange. Thanks guys!

Took a break from Table Rock and headed to Bull Shoals on Sunday. Bull has always been one of my favorite lakes and she didn't disappoint me yesterday. My friend and I caught bass all day and I honestly couldn't tell you how many we caught. Probably had a dozen solid keepers all largemouth and smallmouth...never caught a spot all day. We fished the Oakland area and the cloud cover made for a great jerkbait bite pretty much anywhere we fished...bluff ends, transitions, backs of coves, backs of creeks, etc Bull is in great shape right now and the numbers of bass I have caught my last several trips down there are staggering...the future is bright for that pond. Took time to take a pic of one decent one.

Boy, where to start... I imagine every single time an Elite or FLW event goes to a lake the "local pros" have a tournament where they catch them as good or better than the "national pros"... and they freakin should considering they live by the lake, fish the lake all the time and have fished the lake for a number of years. The fact they are called "local pros" should tell you all you need to know and it is a dumb argument to compare a local tournament weight to the weight of some national tour guys. Some of these guys have never seen Table Rock except on a map and we have people on here talking smack because they didn't catch them as good as guys who have fished the lake for 30 years...unbelievable. Take some of us Missouri boys over to the California Delta and try to figure out tidal water in a week and see what happens. I tried to help out several of the tour guys by taking them out showing them patterns and making baits for them...they were nothing but respectful to me and just plain good guys. Lumping guys into one category based on the actions of a few is shallow minded and there will always be good and bad people at every level. All I have to say is if you think you are as good as the national tour guys then put your money up and go play with them...I am sure they would be happy to take it

Sorry to jump in the thread but I figured I would post here instead of starting a new one. I hit the water today from 7:30 until 4pm and as you might expect with the warm temps and front coming in they bit pretty darn good. I caught 27 fish with 13 keepers including a couple in the 4lb range and several solid 3lb fish...mixed bag but mostly blacks. Water ranged from 47 to 54 degrees and I caught every fish on either a jerkbait or spinnerbait in less than 10 feet of water. I fished from Fisher Creek to Whites Branch for the most part but caught a few around Indian Point as well. I am sure the front will change some things but today sure was fun. Good luck to everyone fishing the FLW or Heartland down there this weekend.

With rattles and I was fishing a little dirtier water in the clear water area...also, was reeling pretty slow

Went to Table Rock yesterday for a short 6 hour trip and caught them OK as I was pretty stubborn doing what I wanted to do. Threw an RC 3.5 in the backs of pockets the entire time I was there and ended up catching 9 with 7 good solid keepers...nothing over 4lbs but good ones. Fished from Indian Point back towards Cow Creek. It was dead calm but some of the pockets had a little ripple in them...water ranged from 44 to 48 in most places. I was by myself so no pics this time...good just to get out and get away from the paint fumes for a little while.
