Reset my upper and lower limits, that helps a bunch, although doesn't improve catching! LOL.

I see a lot of folks w/ Hummingbirds, but was wondering how you can tell if your tranducer needs replaced? I have a X17M Lowrance on the front using the skimmer transducer and notice when I am in deep water, say >50ft, the tree limbs are faint and out to 70-80ft are very, very faint, not to mention its hard to see you bait below 40ft at that point. Any suggestions? Tell me its not new graph time! Although that HDS8 looks awesome. Thanks.

I have been using braid and flouro for years now on all spinning tackle and love it. I thought my not was a blood knot, but after looking at the diagram it may be the double uni? Sounds like something you'd do off the high dive.

I was actually refering about long creek, but there is two sizable marinas fairly close. Not to sure about the upper 86 area or upper bridge port.

What I think is amazing is how much traffic are in these rivers and there is nothing worse than a turning boat wake!! Those waves are concentrated and bigger, everytime! I ain't complaining though, fished LOTO for years out of my 188 ranger, that boat handles very well in the rough water.

Fished a night tournament last night and they said we were going to fish by "Corp" rules, I am not sure what this means other than they mentioned you couldn't fish around a commercial dock? Normally this means the actual dock were consessions are sold such as gas and grocery? But just wanted to hear what others thought or have experienced?

Dragging efforts yesterday resulted in only 3 very quality keepers. Lots of white bass action early, glad I got up! Boat traffic horrible in Long Creek. Amazing how those small Teagues/mastercrafts/malibus can produce those huge wakes!

What is unusual was the radar to me didn't look that serious, especially on my smart phone. Not near as bad as the storm last year or year before I can't remember that hit the Cape Fair boat. I tied my Ranger up on the four corners and got the heck of the dock. Luckily one of the contractors was there and let me join him in his car to ride it out. Never seen anything like it before when rollers are crashing over the walk-ways, thats some serious wave action, not mention rod iron tables and chairs flying off in the water and all that scaffolding. Dangerous!

Well I thought Long Creek to be tough. 2 on spinner, 2 on jerkie and one on grub, all keeps w/ several shorts. Water does look good!! P.S. Nice fishy!

I heard Danny Vazquez was working in KC, use to work for Mercury and in my opinion one of the best to work on Mercury's. There is also a guy at Baxter I heard was a good mercury mechanic? Can't recall his name?
