Kathy's got a grandparent of a student that brings her good old fashioned lime pickles that have some jalapeno in there. Man, those things are outstanding. Ever have lime pickles? Super crispy -- quite a different texture and color than other of cucumber pickles. I've been bugging her to ask grandpa Bill for some of his 'Bill's Dills', or the recipe, before school gets out, but no connection yet. May try to make some this summer.
