  9. Luvn my 11'r.......The Z is a little fast for Euro but is great for deepwater nymphing.......I love the 5 for big indies on the big water here on the White....The Greys can be had for $179 as they are on sale........Got four in the stable(three 3wts and a 4).....I'll post more on the 11'r as I plan to fish low water on BS Tailwater tomorrow.....Either Euro or indie/midge depending on water levels

  12. Fished a 2 color sighter from the Cz Republic(Siman).......Have fished the slinky on Bull Shoals and Beaver.....A great 45deg up to down method....They would work at NFOW but I was in a hurry to see as much as possible in the short time I had at the River.....The 11 ft Greys will be a weapon on BS very soon for me....Also think a great small indie/midge rod on the tailwaters.....It was plenty stiff for the Rubber Legs/Czech fies setup.....not whippy at all......Euro fishing seems to be set up for numbers over size as a rule.....my thoughts on Euro Nymphing liking the numbers suits me.....Merry Christmas to all of you Jeff Hearn

  19. Scud Hooks -- In no particular order but the only ones I tie on now Tiemco 2499 SPBL's -- down to 18 for now, rumors of a size 2o soon Partridge CZ and CZF -- only down to size 12 Partridge SHR -- only down to 16 or 18 Skalka Scud -- 18 is the smallest If they have to be smaller than size 20 then and only then 2488's Prices are pretty expensive for these....compared to the price of a boat or rod it is still pretty small..... Best price I know of on 2499's is $25 per 100 Jeff
