Yeah I saw the blinds I just wasn't sure, I wasn't necessarily talking about hunting from the blinds but maybe one of the small islands, I will have to ask around an see what the deal is just out of curiosity
Hey all, I haven't been on the forums in a very long time but I still lurk, I was just wondering if anyone duck hunted spring river near riverton/baxter, I hunt it on the Missouri side when it all freezes but I was wondering about the big water above the dam and how accessible it is, and if its even public or what because there are some massive blinds out there!
I got my first deer in mississippi yesterday, i was sittin in a tree stand and watched her for like 45 minutes, waiting for a buck to come out and only one came out because it was late in the morning. The buck was a tiny 4 point and in mississppi you have to have at least a 12 inch spread. So anyways, i shot the doe, she weighed in at 142 pounds. Oh and i shot her with a .243
i had an idea this morning, maybe we could have prizes for like the most fish, the biggest fish, the most missed fish... just a thought i thought id throw out there
Hey thanks guys, and randall, this fly will probably be framed, the plastic is just to not scratch the finish on it. I tie jsut about everything, i love these salmon flies and tie deer hair bass bugs
