WENT OUT LAST NIGHT AND FISHED FROM COW TO MOONSHINE. STARTED OUT SLOW BUT TURNED INTO A DECENT NIGHT OF FISHING. BETWEEN THE BOAT TRAFFIC WHICH SEEMED HI LAST NIGHT, AND THE GOGGLE EYE. ENDED UP WITH 8 KEEPERS, 5 AND 3 LM. DIDN'T HAVE A SPOT ALL NIGHT. EVERYTHING CAME ON EAKINS JIG IN BLK AND BLUE AND SALT CRAW OF SAME COLOR. MOST FISH HIT IT SOFT REALLY HAD TO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR LINE OR THEY WOULD BE GONE. I HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED A BITE LIKE THAT FOR SOME TIME. HEY BUT THE ROCK FINALLY SMILED FOR ME. OH FISH WERE CAUGHT IN 20 TO 25 FT RANGE.

THANKS JASON, I HAVEN'T BEEN FISHING THE ROCK LONG AND I AM JUST TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THANKS AGAIN I AM GOING TO GET OUT THERE ONE NIGHT THIS WEEK JUST NOT SURE WHAT NIGHT YET DEPENDS ON WORK. I WILL GET BACK WITH YOU GUYS WHEN I GO

nice to here some fish are being caught at night. what kind of bank are you fishing?

hey kre11 mondays fishing wasn't very productive. caught 4 small fish. fished everything. but thanks for the help. still learning this lake it can be fun or frustrating.

i am going out tomorrow morning, was curious what type of bank and what part of the lake you were on. thought about going to james river to throw a crankbait and jig.

Went out last night from 7 to 2. I fished from KC to dam not much either. all were smj. they came out of 15-25 range on points. used everything. jig was the bait. no keepers but them little ones would knock the skirt off it.

I will be fishing with Terry Warren. we are out of west plains

Good day gentlemen- this is the first time i have posted on the site. i have been a memeber for some time. i read and reread all the posts made. And Bill i agree with you !00%. i have only fished this lake for the last three years (tuff lake to learn) and has been a struggle at times. i have fished all my life in clubs and derbys. but i have never went and asked a guide for a spot. with the information that is posted by Don, Eric, and YOU(pardon me if i forget any other guide) i can go on this site and with all the tools that has been put on it from maps to reports i can easily go out and fish this lake. it takes a bit of work but with this site i have learned tremedous amount about this lake. granted it takes a little work on my part, but you the guides that out info on here do make it a might simpler for a fisherman to go out and have a fighting chance at the rock. if that man wants free info maybe its time for him to start with this site and start doing his homework like any quality angler. maybe i am like bill, abit old fashion but if i am going to fish a derby or club this sis the first place i start for thattrip. keep up the great work guys. and not just the guides, everybodys info has been great.
