very nice fish!! How much did she weigh?? My friend caught a 22 in smallie out of the james river earlier this year, weighed 6.4 lbs. just wondered, I believe the state record is like 7.2. Anyway nice fish

I was always told not to eat small game (squirrel, rabbit) before the first hard frost. Anyone else ever heard this or what are your thoughts??

what a beauty, I am in the market for a boat but this one is about 20,000 more than I want to spend...lol Sure is a nice looking boat only if I could afford it. Maybe some day...

Hello to the ozarks anglers forum, I have been cruising this site looking at the post and I really enjoy what I have been reading so I joined up to get into the discussion. I grew up fishing table rock and for the past 5 years or so my fising tackle has been just collecting dust, a few weeks ago my friend asked me if I wanted to go fishing. I am once again hooked and cant get my mind off of the water. It's kind of like starting over though I have no boat and have lost some of my fishing tackle in the process of moving so you can only imagine how much bass pro likes me right now. If anyone knows of any good fishing places one can do bank fishing just let me know because that is what I am limited to until I can find a good little boat. Yeah I float and live on the dirty ole james...You all have a nice little forum here, glad to be a part of it. David
