Has anyone started picking up any blue cats on the flats? Has anyone seen any sign that the shad die-off has begun?
Just to let you know; My wife and I have been catching fair numbers of crappie from 30 to 40 feet deep (minnows) VERY light bites. Some bass from 20 to 25 feet. Walley have been very poor lately. We have been fishing steep rocky drop-offs. Fishing has been much better on sunny days. Fish haxe been exceptionally deep on cloudy days.
