Floated 3-22 Elk And Little Sugar (falls Are Dry!)

what a day we had

first we went out on an island close to hog heaven found 8 canoes (kozy kamps)

then we floated from hog heaven to low water and we counted 15 more (kozy kamps)

the carnage is unreal

after that float we wanted some more so we went to the falls and floated back to the heaven

that was the biggest shocker of them all

the falls at old shrimpmans is dry

i didnt have my camera but went back the next morning for these shots

Not being familiar with the Elk, tell us what we're looking at. It looks like a gravel dam and a dry river bed downstream. Has the river dropped back to normal already?

Were those taken on the Little Sugar? I don't remember falls like that on the Elk? Almost looks like the river made a new path around those falls. I stand corrected, those ARE of the Little Sugar. My UPS driver says his cousin caught a 5lb. smallie from there just last year behind those falls.
