Al Agnew Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Fished at Tan Vat yesterday with a couple of buddies. Water was high and murky, visibility only a couple of feet. Sometimes that can mean good streamer fishing, but we found the fishing a little slow. However, I did manage to catch two nice ones on a couple of my homemade, not made to any known pattern, hare streamers. I'd say they've been eating well since the flood! That's probably why the fishing wasn't too good. I'm guessing that among the three of us we probably caught a couple dozen fish.
ColdWaterFshr Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Holy SlimFast, Batman, I'd say them fish were given too many buffet tokens by the Casino.
flyfishmaster Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Al, That bow is a little pig. Hey... what is that silver looking ball in front of the bow's mouth? Is that a bead on your fly? Later, FFM Woo Hoo Fish On!!

Forsythian Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Good grief! An endless supply of Little Debbies and a sedentary lifestyle is apparently a bad combination. Cenosillicaphobiac
catman Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 I hope to know you put them back in the water for one of us to catch someday... I was born at night, but not last night. Odds are with the prepared...
Al Agnew Posted March 29, 2008 Author Posted March 29, 2008 Yep, just exercised them a bit before releasing them...I think they needed the work-out.
