Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 8, 2008 Root Admin Posted April 8, 2008 Goggle Eye, we don't need no stinkin' goggle eye.... Spoken by a true bass fisherman. It's stained but clearing. It really is a great color to fish right now.
CMAC Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Nice fish Eric!!!! Phil sent you some photos of the Gascondae Flood, but guessing you never recieved them?
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 8, 2008 Root Admin Posted April 8, 2008 No I didn't. Send them again please.
focused fishing Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 It is clearing but on Sunday the visability was about 4"- 12" depending on which side of the lake you were on. It is really a matter of changing colors and sizes of grubs in dirtier water, just like any other bait. Go with brighter colors and a little larger grub when the water is dirty. Phil, I am a bass fisherman, don't know nothin bout no goggle eye Eric Prey Focused Fishing Guide Service http://focusedfishing.com Pro Staff For: Jewel Bait Company, Bass Pro Shops, Chompers, Branson.com, Branson Fishing TV, Tightlines UV, K.A.S.T.,
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 8, 2008 Root Admin Posted April 8, 2008 Goggleye bite in June on grubs- great to put clients on when bass are slow and good to eat. Buster will kill me if he finds out I gave up his spot... but I did it last year too so... there.
vonreed Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 That house in the first picture sure looks close to the water!!
