Forsythian Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Just a quick note, you can get some good deals on tires from discount tire direct.com no tax, and often you can get free shipping Cenosillicaphobiac
jdmidwest Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 How do you get them put on? Do you go to a local shop and ask them to mount them for you or do you do it yourself? "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
strangercreek Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Beware of these sites. I have had two sets from a similar site, both of which I had problems with more than one tire in the set. They were quite a bit cheaper (Dunlop tires) but I had issues with vibration etc I am wondering if tires from some of these sites are ones that did not make it through some type of quality control. I had them both mounted and balanced at a volvo dealership that had very sophisticated equipment as well.
