Drift Fishing From Bridge To Powersite

Can someone tell me bout what I might find fishing from the Bridge in Branson to Powersite. Can I put in and go up as far as I can with a jet drive, fly fish a ways down then switch and use jigs and rapalas down to powersite? Is that a viable fishing trip. I would think you could catch all kinds of fish that way.

The way the generation has been you would have plenty of water to go all the way up to tablerock dam and fish the whole shooting match.

Artificials only above fall creek (no soft plastics), but beyond that you are ok to use whatever. For me in high generation, it is most productive to use a drift rig to get whatever you are using to the bottom. Some one with more experiance could tell you more about fishing below Branson.

With the generation from Table Rock Dam, you could easily run a big bass boat to the dam. With your jet you could go to the dam with no generation. Although, when I see wade fishermen from the MDC boat ramp just below the Dam, I go no further. Sometimes you see a lot of waders at Point Royale, then also I would go no further. I give wade fishermen a wide berth. Remember if they are waded deep, your wake could lap over their waders! Then you better get ready to dodge rocks!
