In the amateur division, day one runner up JD Dudley of Springdale AR managed to find three more bass on day two to bring his tournament total to 14.50 pounds, good enough to find himself the proud new owner of a 2009 Skeeter ZX 190 valued at $35,000. Dudley, a pastor in NW Arkansas, still couldn’t believe his good fortune even after Skeeter Boats representative Danny Blandford handed him the keys to the beautiful silver, white and red Skeeter. “I’m just in shock,” he gushed. “This is big. . .the biggest prize I’ve ever won,” he finished. Dudley’s catch, anchored by a 6.32 pound lunker, gave him nearly a 2.5 pound cushion over the runner up Bill Edwards of Ozark.

The truck does not have to pull, the skeeter gravitates to the aura of the truck.

Great job JD!

Way to go JD! Now "the truck" has something to pull :)

John

Thanks John! It was truly a blessing as God knew that my family needed this... being a pastor and our family being on only one salary AND with the economy being the way it is, my wife had started looking for a job (which I didn't want her to do b/c our little girl has 2 years left at home til she goes to school), so not only did God provide for us, but he provided for us by using something that I love to do... fish! I'm putting it on the market and that allows Julie to stay at home until our daughter goes to school. Probably more than you wanted to know, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Hope all is well with you. Been fishin'?

Thanks Jim! Truly a blessing! How are you guys?

Glad to hear that your needs were met. God does not how to take care of us. Everyone has been good, we had a family tragedy in the May 10th tornado that hit Picher, Oklahoma, but we are recovering well. Haven't been fishing much since the tornado, but Sue and I are planning a trip to Taneycomo this weekend. Would be nice to see you guys again and do some fishing. Maybe during the C&R opener this November at Roaring River?

Take care friend . . .

John

Everyone is well here, thanks.

Dad, JP and I are planning on camping at Cooper Sunday, Monday nights, we'll keep an eye out.

Be driving a black GMC half ton.
