This is just hear-say.... not sure how ture this really is....

The farmers almanac is calling for one of our (mid-west) wettest winters... and very cold.

I honestly dont think that has nothing to do with it.. but if im not mistaken was Table rock around 908-909 last fall... I think it was below 910.. and it flooding in the spring... so they really have to drop, beaver... push it through Table rock.. drop Bull Shoals.. not sure what they are going to do about those Arkansas Redneck Hillbillies... but I think they can swim....LOL.. (sorry guys.. just had to say it)
