Here's another attempt to video myself fishing... trying to show how I fish soft hackles. I posted this on the main OA page and on my facebook- actually the main page posting is really good. I used flash, which I've used before but this time for some reason it's pretty clear. Now if I can just remember how I did it!!

In addition to a picture of the fly, we would be interested in the type of flyline(Floating, sinking) and the leader size and legnth .

You really need a good camera man to help you with those videos... or at least me... :lol:

Great video. Are you going to put together a collection of them and set them to run on CCTV in each room at your place?

Nice Demo!! Have never fished a soft hackle. Have several that I in a fly swap, but never new how/where to fish them. Do you always fish them in shallow water, similar to what you were standing in? Would be good to discuss at the STLCO presentation on the 14th!
