Hey guys I have a prblem and need some help. After dropping Roy off with his big fish I cam back to Artilla Cove Resort. When I pulled into my slip, the power tilt and trim stopped working. I think I can get it on the trailer but may have to open the releaf valve and pick up the motor to put the motor tote on. Is ther an Evenrude dealer close by?

Beat on the tim tilt motor wth a pair of pliars or a hammer, this method has gotten me out of a jam before. I guess beat isn't the proper term, tap on it. lol

Try Cope Marine in West Branson first then Marine Specialist in Kimberling City... Both should be able to help...

Probably a little late and I'm sure your going now, but that is a huge problem with the Rudes. There are two square relay or fuses, 1 up and 1 down. You can switch the two to get you up or down. I used to carry at least 4 extras in the repair kit and most people with the rudes do. It may also be the fuse board as this has happened too. Good luck I also may have missed the reason all together. The fuses have saved me many, many times.

Hey man sorry to hear about the boat glad it didnt happen during the tournament though. Might have not been able to haul our livewell full of fish back to the ramp. lol I had the same problem Bill did, last year a fuse went out might check that out. Good luck fishing the rest of the week.
