twosets Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Aces Terry These kind of posts are the things that keep me tuning in to the website. Good one "This is not Nam. This is bowling. There are rules."
Members jefly77 Posted March 26, 2009 Members Posted March 26, 2009 I fish the wading area every week and I only use my spinning rod(s). I don't fly fish. I have just never gotten into it. To each their own. I have caught fish in all types of water conditions. Lures depend on the situation, but overall the top 5 for me are: jointed floating rapalas (gold, silver, blue, br trout, rbw trout) j-7, j-9 sizes, gold spoons, rapala countdowns, rogues, jigs (1/8 - 1/32), in-line spinners. XP 590 Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 Author! Author!!! Hilarious post Terry. I'm one of the flyfishermen who's guilty of taking myself a little too seriously sometimes and couldn't stop laughing at you wit. Having gone on my first spoonbill snagging expidition last weekend, I felt I was in danger of getting beat up in the parking lot when I showed up in my Columbia Fishing shirt and Smith Glasses (my Dale Ernhardt t-shirt was at the cleaners)
