Chief Grey Bear Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 fresh jalapenos bought at a local market topped and cleaned out the more white and seeds you leave the hotter.... Actually, Capsaicin is where the heat comes from. Contrary to popular belief, the seeds themselves do not produce any capsaicin, although the highest concentration of capsaicin can be found in the white pith around the seeds. hoglaw Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Russ, I know those girls. They told me that they paddled by your place in a hurry because you kept insisting to sit on the "middle seat." What was that all about?
