I happen to be serious about that. He is the only perfect one. The only one who practices what he preaches. And as far as being right? I don't want to ever be normal or right. I like being me, that's all that really matters. I TRY TO BE REAL. THAT'S THE BEST WAY I BELIEVE TOO BE. WHY PRETEND TO PLEASE, AND GET APPROVAL FROM OTHERS? fake is weak! WHAT IT IS THAT YOU DON'T LIKE ABOUT ME? COULD IT BE, THAT I'M HERE TO POINT THE FINGER AT, SO YOU ALL CAN JUSTIFY YOUR OWN WEAKNESSES?

I'm with cricket. ScudzRules is trying to ruin the forum, and get in as many low blows on the way as possible.. If he can stop being a jackass though, I'd be willing to welcome him to the forum and forget about this.

I am fully aware this post could be taken as over the top. But I would say ScudzRule has been more than a little bit over the top, wouldn't you?

As I said earlier, egg patterns, woolly buggers, small nymphs (prince, pheasant tail, Gold Ribbed Hare's ear #14-18 will work quite well. Remember to use light line, and approach the stream quietly, but I'm sure you know all that already. That's all the Tan Vat advice I have right now. Therefore, I'm done with this thread. Mr. Scuds would do well to follow suite.

Scudz- while you entitled to your right to free speech, I feel I speak for all members of this forum when I say we dislike personal attacks, (except for the occasional PETA or political thing). This forum is a place to share knowledge and information about various things relating to fishing, including where to fish. If you don't want to advertise the Current, then don't post. You aren't under subpoena to give up your hard earned fishing knowledge. I respect you for the obvious knowledge of and love for fishing and this river, but I must say I lost a great deal of it while reading this thread.

I personally don't care how you fish, so long as you aren't snagging, poaching, or further disrespecting the river. It is a treasure, and while I wish I could have it all to myself on weekends, I understand that popularity means money to keep roads to the river, and make it a part of the ONSR. It also means it gets more attention from conservation agencies (including MDC), which means the annual stockings will continue, ensuring good fish populations for years to come. Also, with more people out there respecting the stream, it makes it harder for people to get away with poaching, which I'm pretty sure does more to hurt the fishing than a couple dozen C&R guys.

And if you hate the crowds so much, try and go midweek (Tues-Thurs).

And now I have to go back to studying- Cell Biology and Organic Chem tests coming up this week...

Meh, he won't succeed, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.. Either he will figure out how forums work or eventually he will cross the line. I have a slightly different take on Scudz than you do, I think.. Allow me to explain:

Clearly you area either a troll, or have some form of menal issue that prevents you from being civil, or rational.

It's quite possible that he's a bit cantakerous, has a bit of a short fuse and a reading comprehension problem coupled with an inability to properly operate "this here internet thingy".. Exhibit one:

I take this to mean he misunderstood KC's statement. He thought KC meant OK (oklahoma) instead of "okay"... the above also tells us that he doesn't know how to operate the forums edit features, he's already told us that it's easier to read the all caps.. Should I rest my case now?

Fact of the matter is that, IMO, Scuds should be welcome here as long as he is willing to learn to use the forum properly and not be so confrontational with the other members.. Eh?
