The only good line is a tight line

I've heard that they were going to shut it down the day before yesterday, yesterday and today... they may or they may not.

But know this... once they shut the gates down, they hopefully will stay within their restricted flow and that's 125 mw, about 2.5 turbines. They will also have to inject liquid O2 to keep the levels above 4 pmm. Right now, at least below Fall Creek, the level is well over 6-8 pmm which is fantastic for the fish- that's why it's been so good. Once they shut it down, it might not be as good because of the drop in oxygen.

What you stated seems logical. I just noticed on the Corps charts that O2 levels went above 4 ppm when the gates were shut off. Is it because of where the oxygen gauge is located or because of injection?

I caught you a delicious bass.

I don't pay any attention to the O2 gage. Placement makes a big difference and no one I've talked to knows where it is.

Got deer season coming up, then Thanksgiving. Going to be there for the Branson Christmas thing Dec3-6. There just might be a Gator sighting on Taneycomo that weekend!

The temperature gage is way off too. I have no idea where they're getting 61 degrees. I'm getting 53 at the dock and the same up below the dam since the gates were shut off.
