patfish Posted December 26, 2009 Posted December 26, 2009 My buddy was on his way to Springfield from Saint Louis this morning and found two female black lab pups (9 months old or so) with shock collars on, chasing cars on I-44 at mile marker 156 around 9:30am. They have no tags or chips. If anyone knows who they may belong to send me a PM. The dogs are safe and sound in Springfield, MO. Spread the word, thanks y'all.
