Good to meet you Mitch. I was green with envy though. I know what ya mean about the wuppin, I get spanked every time I'm in the Guru's boat. It's good to get "shooled" though.

I fished a good friend on the cold Gascy today. Got 25 with 9 largies and the rest smallies. Afternoon bite was the deal after the morning sucked. Warming water always helps the wintertime bite. Here's Mike's biggest smallie, a 19 incher. The last 8 fish were all above 16 in. Guru

Another great day was had with the guru Thursday. A nice one for a pic, but I had several come off at the boat that were awesome Smallie’s. It’s the “I think I’m hung on the bottom’’, until it started moving fish that’s haunting me! I never set the hook. It was big.

Another great day on the water was had with Nick, the Bass Guru. The Guru, true to his nickname brought the biggest fish to the boat, again. Complete with Lamprey in tow. We clean them of these parasites before releasing.

We saw more evidence of gigging season, gig scars!
