Mr Bill B. ,,,, OUTSTANDING !!! I thought I searched e-bay perty thoroughly, but, I guess I missed that one. THANK YOU !!!!

Mr. Flysmallie ,,, I called and left a message asking them to call back. Time will tell if they do or not. Thank you for the info.

(I forgot to mention there is a finders fee for helping me find these flippers ,, A BIG WET KISS FROM FISHIN' CRICKET !!)

Mr. Vanven ,, I TOTALLY agree with you. Using regular swim fins in a belly boat is enough to turn anyone off from ever trying to fish out of a tube. What style of fin and boat do you prefer ?

I would like to know if there is anyone else on this forum who has tried to fish from a tube and whether they liked it or not.

Hey, when you asked me what I would do for a Klondike bar and I replied "ANYTHING!", I didn't expect you to take me seriously..

I wondered why I got a special delivery of a case of klondikes this morning...

Don't worry, I'll take care of ol flysmallie... Now Mr B? He's on his own...

Please take note, Mr Solus, who is the current high bidder on the aforementioned eBay item.... (what's got two thumbs and is buying a set of outdated bellyboat side fins? THIS GUY! [points at self])

You can keep that kiss from Cricket. I heard he has a lip fungus that hasn't been identified yet.

I grew up fishing in a float tube. My dad had me in one when I was 7. We used the paddle pushers, but after I got older I talked him into buying me fins. They worked great for fishing after you were in the water. Yeah you go backwards but you could go a lot faster. I bought another one just a few years ago but the lack of smaller water caused me to sell it. I used fins with it too. Had it out on Stockton a couple of times and it worked great. Well until you wanted to walk!!

I've been fishing from tubes for 30 years or more. They are a hoot. Right now, I have a Fat Cat and a set of dive fins for covering distance. If I'm fishing in a relatively small area such as a strip pit, then I don't use fins at all.

Don't say float tubes and strip pits in the same sentence to me. You are driving me crazy.

Cricket, I have a gun.

I love fishing strip pits from a float tube. You can sneak right up on those big bassies. And when half a dozen of those yard-long water serpents slither off the bank all at once and start swimming towards you to check you out, it can really make your day.
