Brian Wise Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Took my wife on a float from Cook's Landing to Tecumseh. It had been WAY too long since she had the chance to really fish and it had been too long since we had a "date night" so we made the best out of both of them and decided to chase the whites. Fishing was pretty slow until we hit the lower part of the river. We were of course in the drift boat....with fly rods flying around so, as usual, we got a ton of the same questions...."What are you fishing for? Trout?" Just as one of those questions was asked my wife got into her first hydrid and silenced all. She fought it like a champ too!! Brian My Youtube Channel
Gilly Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Nice fish. I caught one out of the Missouri River last fall up by Blair Ne. Totally shocked me. Reading the topic heading I thought maybe you had gone 'green' and bought one of those electric Hondas. www.drydock516.com

ness Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Cool shot and video, Brian. I still need to get my boys down there and have you show them how to fish the NFOW, but the calendar this spring has been brutal. And it sucks. Keep 'em coming! John
