Seth Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 I would probably say a #18/20 ginger g-bug becuase I have caught more fish on it than anything else I have tied up.

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 6, 2006 Root Admin Posted June 6, 2006 Scud - mink #12 on a 3769 hook. It's a Duff Special.
Micheal Kyle Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 Hey, I hate to say but I think that you guys are missing the boat ha/ha. I love the Mohair leech any color will work a size 6 in the fall to a size 12 in the summer. I love purple at night and love sculpin olive during the day. That would be my one fly.I really turely belive that big fly=big fish, and that will hold true all year. To Know People Is To Know Thier Ways!
Greg Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 For me it's a tie between 2. 1. Mohair leech in #8 to #12 - olive, brown, and tan. I've never tried purple. 2. Zebra midge #18 or #20 in various colors. Olive, brown, black, etc. Greg "My biggest worry is that my wife (when I'm dead) will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it" - Koos Brandt Greg Mitchell
