cc area, go accross the bridge to the north, take first lane to the west, drive to water, west side is good for white bass, crappie and catfish. minnows under a bobber, casting jigs or roostertail, or meps spinner, for whites and crappie, liver, little smokeies worms for catfish,

roark bluff fishing dock on east side of H highway. minnows under a bobber, brush piles all arround the dock, just east of the swimming beach on the point good for catfish,

crappie will be hard to catch after dark if you dont have light to draw bait, but the white bass will bite early just befor dark in most places,

I agree with beagle man completely. Most of the rock rip rap is also good at night if you are into cats.

Great recommendations Beagle Man. Caught some pretty good smallmouths off CC earlier this week and then got into some crappie today just east of Ruark Bluff. We also caught a couple of channel cats yesterday over by high point. Thanks again for the recommendations.
