Withrow Springs State Park

Ok, so nobody has info on War Eagle Creek at the Hwy 412.

Does anybody have any experience fishing at Withrow Springs State Park?

I'd like to do some fishing out that way on my way to Rogers this Sunday but I don't want to haul my rods and tackle along for no good reason. Is it worth trying out?

Any input would be appreciated.

Yeah, it has some fish. All three bass species are there. I've fished better places and I've fished worse places.

I wouldn't drive there special to fish it, but if it was on the way, sure.

I drive 412 from Mountain Home to Rogers and back every week. According to the signs, it's only a few miles up the road from 412. I think I'll have to stop and check it out now.
