The Seeforellen strain introduced in Lake Michigan is specifically adapted to grow large in lakes. New York state, has introduced them as well. In a field and stream article from 1955, shows two seeforellen browns from scotland at 55 and 56 pounds. The fish that Healy caught, the 41 pound seven ounce, was only six years old. I think they would do well in taneycomo. Add some triploid rainbows, and I would start wearing a life jacket at night.

50 triploid rainbows stocked in Taneycomo. My suggestion to MDC.
