Stream Team Clean-Up

Hey guys, it's about that time again to hold a clean-up for the park down on Hickory Creek. Problem is I don't have a date picked out yet. I was thinking of having it later in the year this time so the vegatation would be all gone, but I know a lot of parents won't let the kids get in the water at that time of the year. Buzz, Chief, Wily,? Anyone can chime in at anytime now!!

I'll probably pick a date in Sept. Water is still warm and less chance of rain. Of course rain may not be a problem.

I would vote for late Sept.

Hmmmm, I thought I responded to this last night, but I guess I didn't post it? Anyways, I was thinking later on like at the end of October or first of Novemeber if I can get with Rick from MDC and see when they will stock it this year. That way some guys can fish afterwards.

any weekend except 10/16 & 17 is good for us -- only thing i'll say is be careful about kids hunting days if you go late october/early november...thanks

Your right Wily, I forgot about it already. Didn't think about that one due to my kids don't get into that but I understand. This is a tough one this year. I want to wait till all the brush is dead and yet I don't want it to be too cold. I am just wanting too much I think.
