I need some advice from you guys around stockton. I need to take my boat in for service and need to know a place around stockton where I can take my boat and have it worked on. I don't know anything about any of the boat repair shops in the area and need to have some advice on a place I can trust to take my boat to get good and fair work without getting ripped off. any advice will be welcomed thanks

The only place I have ever used around the lake is Son Sac Marine (I think that's right). It's on I believe H hwy north of Greenfield, between there and the twin bridges. We took my brother-in-law's boat up there last year for a little motor work and got a pretty good deal and good service. Sorry I don't know any of the others around there.

I don't know how close to Springfield you live but I have dealt with Woods and Water Marine (they use to be Center City Marine) for nearly 20 years and I have never had a problem with them, their prices or their work. Good luck.

West Side Marine about 2 miles south of Stockton on HWY 39. They are the ones I deal with when in that area. Nice folks at reasonable prices.

Thanks for the good reviews everyone. Bill here from Son Sac Marine. KS I would be happy to work you into my schedule. Currently I have 63 boats on the schedule. If you have a minor problem, I might be able to get you in and out pretty quick. Son Sac Marine is located 8 miles north of Greenfield on H Hiway. Our phone # is 417-637-5555 email is sonsacmarine@hotmail.com and website is www.servicehoney.com.

To everyone, I will try to monitor the forums in my spare time (which is very limited) and offer up some light technical advice. Repairing the heavy stuff is how I make my living and feed my family. So please understand, when it gets too deep I will be refering you to paid services. I offer online assistance at very reasonable prices and I am available at Son Sac Marine Tues-Sat 9am-5pm year round.
