I've been catching fish on crankbaits and spinner baits. Look for the wind and shallow water. I also threw a buzzbait last weekend and seen a ton of 4 and 5 pound fish swipe at it. They just weren't quite there yet. I'm going on sunday, should be only getting better with these colder nights. I also picked up a couple walleye and whites on the crankbait. Good luck let us know how ya do. The water temp was 66-68 when I was there last saturday, It should be 62-64 by now I would think. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members nobutt56 Posted November 2, 2010 Author Members Share Posted November 2, 2010 thanks for the info it is apprecioated. will post and lie to you about how we do!! ha my son and i fished from 7:30-4:00 yesterday...caught 12 fish all small to really small. did not catch a keeper! caught 8 on crawfish imitator, 3 on cranks & 1 on a grub. really tough fishing. tried every type of bank searching, long day!!!!!! I went out Saturday and didn't get there until around 11:00 and fished until about 4:00. The fish were any where from a foot deep to about 8 feet. All of the fish we caught came on a blade.
