Ealy Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Caught a good one at Stockton last Tuesday. Cloudy 59 degree water temp. Two of us caught 40 on spinnerbait and crankbait. 1-10 ft deep. Main lake and backs of pockets. Saw 1 other boat all day. Kind of makes you feel like you own the place!
Trout Commander Posted November 13, 2010 Posted November 13, 2010 Nice fish! You get any measurements? I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
Ealy Posted November 13, 2010 Author Posted November 13, 2010 Nice fish! You get any measurements? No, just long enough to take a few pics and let her back in. I overstressed a big fish up there a couple of years ago in the fall and she didn't make it. We guessed it at 7lbs.
Ealy Posted November 13, 2010 Author Posted November 13, 2010 Nice fish! You get any measurements? 36-24-36..ha ha.. only if she's 5'3"

vacation Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Nice fish!!! That is the #1 reason late fall fishing is awesome...big fish and no other boats/wave-runners. Great job!!! That fish is 9lbs in the spring IMHO

That fish is 9lbs in the spring IMHO I love fishing this time of year. I'm kicking myself for deer hunting last Saturday. 11 hours in the woods and didn't see a thing. Hate missing out on good fishing. Here's another couple fish from that week, some pics taken from a buddy's phone didn't format right for some reason.
