Access From 71C

Heading to Bentonville next week for business, but have 3 or 4 hours I can do some bank fishing. Any recommendations? I'll be traveling South on 71C when I come in.

You're not going to be close to Beaver Lake coming down 71. You could either go out Hwy 12 to Prarire Creek Marina or out 264 to Hickory Creek. I know for sure PC has a fishing dock, but not sure about HC. If you come down Hwy 62 by going down through Monett (which is the way we always take up to Springfield from Rogers), you'll get pretty close to the dam and Lost Bridge areas where you can bank fish.

I have no idea how the fishing would be at those areas since I don't bank fish.

What time and day are you coming? I fish several days a week and might be willing to pick you up at a dock for a couple of hours of fishing.
