Members flyfisherman
Brian was able to get me and my fishing bud Jim out on Monday. The weather was primo for November, 70 degrees and cloudy, and the fishing equally primo. The river was low but was in fabulous shape, saw plenty of wildlife and a few eagles. We caught well over 40 fish between us, nothing big. The encouraging part was the amount of small wild trout we caught. We caught them on bead head golden stones, dons crawdad, red egg, and mohair leach. Fishing was good from Island one through Mary Deckers, with little hurricane on fire, we could of fished there all day. Surprisingly we caught a lot of the fish in fast running shallow water around 1 1/2 feet. Good time to check out the point
jdmidwest
Good report. Little Hurricane fishes well for warmwater fishes if you take the time and wade up it also.
