straw hat
Well, the wife and I finally managed to get in 5 hours of fishing with minnows near twin bridges. Caught a total of about 20 crappie. Most were 18 to 30' deep. Those 18 to 20' were suspended in 40 to 50' of water and were all white crappie. Those 25 to 30' deep were right on the bottom and were nearly all black crappie. Came home with 7 keepers. I can't tell you the water temperature because I forgot my thermometer. I also forgot my pliers and a knife to clean fiah. You can sure tell I was on top of my game!! lol
minnowhooker
I went yesterday also, walleye fishing to start that was a bust so I ended up the day crappie fishing. Took home 6 keepers didn't catch the numbers you had, only 1 short. I caught mine 28' to 30' on jig and a minnow by state park.
