Quillback Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Anybody watch Wild Justice Sunday night on NGC? There were 2 episodes back to back, basically it's a "Cops" type format, camera guy riding along with a game warden. First two shows were with California F&G wardens, riding around at night looking for people shining deer, but it seemed instead of finding game violators the lights in the distance were from Maryjane growers. What surprised me was the wardens would follow up and raid the field themselves with their own tactical teams instead of calling in the regular police. Next episode is Wednesday at 9 PM on NGC.
Trout Commander Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 I saw a commercial for it. Looks awesome. I wish I had NGC! I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
jdmidwest Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 MDC Agents operate with more search and seizure authority than any other law enforcement agents and it is probably the same in other states. They can investigate without any "probable cause" because the nature of their crimes and the way they are chartered. Most other LE require some reason to investigate or get a warrant to search private property. Looks like it would be a good show, Conservation Agents have a rougher job than most other branches of LE. During hunting season, they are always confronted armed citizens, something most LE don't have to deal with daily.
