Al Agnew Posted December 22, 2010 Author Posted December 22, 2010 Testing...one, two, three.... Edit: Just checking to see if Phil has whacked this thread yet! If I tell what I caught, everybody will know where... But I'm pretty sure most people already know about it; in fact, I was surprised that I had the river to myself for the most part. 19 smallmouths, one trout. And I used neither canoe nor jetboat, I waded. Carrying a 4 piece casting rod and lures for the bass, and a 4 piece fly rod for the trout. But I spent most of the 4 hours fishing for bass.
jdmidwest Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 You waded, that does not count. You might as well had carried a gig and gigged them. How did you catch one trout, were you on the upper Eleven Point? And you carried 2 rods, why not 3? The regulations state you can fish with 3 rods on most streams. Come on Christmas. Did I state we are working Christmas eve and not getting a day off for Christmas this year? Full day on New Years Eve too. Members MoJohn Posted December 22, 2010 Members Posted December 22, 2010 Have no idea how I missed this the last few days but I'd like to raise my hand for Cricket. I bowfish exclusively from a canoe, hell I say a canoe is the best thing for me to catch fish from because it is all I own. If you own a kayak and fish exclusively from it or the bank then the kayak is the best thing for you to catch from. I know many people who catch alot more fish than I do from jetboats but since I don't own one my canoe is the best thing. Spelling and puntuation error provided free of charge
